BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for the overall administration of the Community Based Programs in accord with Agency philosophy, govenmental regulations and professional standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct oversight of all administrative functioning of the program.
• Responsible for maintaining and overseeing budgets and other fiscal issues.
• Oversight of compliance with regulation, policies and procedures.
• Directly reports to the Governing Body.
• Direct supervision of Assistant Program Director, Program Supervisors, Psychologist and Psychiatrist.
• Overall responsibility for Program Nurse and Office Manager.
• Liaison to other agencies and intra-agency programs.
• Maintenance of all staff training.
• Maintain and monitor tracking system of child, professional parent, and staff databases.
• Oversight of Petty Cash, Purchasing, and Personnel.
• Primarily responsible for incident management.
• Responsibility for all Quality Improvement activities.
• Implementation of new policies and procedures.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work or Psychology.
• Six years experience in the mental health field. Three years of which involve working with children and adolescents.
• Administrative experience necessary.
