BASIC FUNCTION:
Provide high level support for the users of the agency’s administrative support  systems, including problem resolution, new feature implementation and modifications, report writing and custom programming.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Log and resolve customer support request, escalate to external software providers as needed.
• Develop new reports or modify existing.
• Implement new features or modules.
• Modify existing code or test code changes provided by internal and external resources.
• Work very closely with users and management to provide the best possible software application experience, allowing them to do their jobs in the most efficient manner.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years eprevious experience working with the following: 
• JDEdwards One-World/Enterprise One (E1) Financial, Payroll and Human Resources modules, Enterprise and Financial Report Writer.
• Creation and modification of C++ based business functions and event rules using MS-Access (VBA)
• Vertex Payroll Tax
• Createform
• E1 package build, deployment, (CNC) and Lotus Notes Designer a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be a team player.
