(6th, 7th, and 8th graders)
Prizes awarded to the top three male
and female finishers.
5K Run 9:45 AM
This lovely course winds through the
hills of Victorian Sea Cliff. No strollers
or dogs, please!

DIRECTIONS
LIE to exit 39N/Glen Cove Rd. North
Approximately 3 miles, cross 25A (Northern Blvd.), bear
right at fork. Left at first light onto Sea Cliff Avenue.
Approximately 1 mile left on Carpenter Avenue, right on Downing.
AMENITIES
Split times at the mile markers, four water
stops, water at the start, Nassau County
Police control, medical staff, rest rooms.
Post race refreshments provided by Rising Tide and other
local merchants.
SCORING
Race results and scoring will be provided by Start to Finish
Corp. Fast results using
Winning Time Chip System. Results posted

AWARDS
All categories are 5 deep, male and female,
with no duplications. Overall, 15 and under;
16-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69;
70-79; 80 and up.
